Ruby Oolong GABA RED is a special and innovative tea. 🍵 Unlike traditional oolongs, this variety was created using modern methods and is a hybrid of the Taiwanese Ruby bush and a wild Taiwanese variety. 🌿 This combination gives it unique fruity and cognac-like notes. The large-leaf raw material, grown in Fujian, guarantees high quality and a rich taste.
Flavor associations: The infusion of this oolong has a rich aroma, where notes of fruit, vanilla, and baked pumpkin intertwine. 🎃 The taste of the tea is juicy, sweet, and reminiscent of cognac.

History of the tea:
Ruby Oolong is a relatively new variety, developed by Taiwanese scientists. 🔬 Its creation was part of a program to develop new, unique tea varieties. This hybrid tea bush, which combines the best qualities of the Assam variety (for strength) and a wild Taiwanese species (for unique flavor and pest resistance), was officially introduced in 1999. Since then, it has become popular due to its outstanding flavor profile. 🧬
Brewing methods:
1. Traditional Gongfu brewing:
Tea: 5–7 grams per 100 ml of water.
Temperature: 90–95°C. 🌡️
Steps: Rinse the tea leaves with hot water (3–5 seconds) and discard it. 💧 Steep the first infusion for 20–30 seconds. For each subsequent infusion, increase the time by 10–15 seconds. This method allows you to enjoy the layers of flavor and aroma.
